Q: How do I return or exchange?
Please have your order number available when you click this link. We provide free postage labels for the procedure and pay the shipping costs for the exchange back to you (only valid for US customers). Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returned clothes with hang tags removed, stains (deodorant), perfume or cologne aromas (odours in general), or that have been washed. We give our clients a 60-day return/exchange opportunity once they get the item.
Q: When will I receive my order?
Whether you place your purchase before 3pm and we have the products in stock (the website and invoice will indicate if an item is on backorder), it will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be dispatched the next day. We are closed on weekends, therefore purchases ordered on Saturday or Sunday will not be sent until the following Monday. The same is applicable for quick and priority deliveries.
Q: How do I wash these?
The fabric care instructions are available on the product page under the heading "care instructions," but in case you missed them, just wash with like colours and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid washing garments with velcro since it has a propensity to pick the fabric, resulting in excessive piling. Finally, dryer sheets are discouraged since they wear down the moisture wicking characteristics of the cloth over time.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
