Exchange Policy

You may exchange anything you bought from our online shop by sending items by courier.

Customers may replace their purchases from Lavish Scrubs under certain conditions. A product exchange is permitted if:

  • Within thirty working days of receiving the bought item, the consumer requested an exchange (by email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp);
  • The consumer has provided a reason or reasons for wanting to replace the item in his or her request for exchange;
  • It has no stains, odors, perfume fragrances, or other indications that it has been used or washed
  • It is in its original packaging with the price tag still attached
  • It is provided with the original invoice for the item being exchanged.
  • Sale purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. If a regular-priced item goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the discounted price.
  • Lavish Scrubs has the authority to approve or reject the exchange request in its sole discretion.
  • The consumer will be informed by our customer care after the exchange request has been approved.

Refunds on purchased items are permitted, however the customer is responsible for paying the shipping.

Damages & Claims

If the item(s) received have any type of manufacturing flaw, were shipped in the incorrect size, or are the incorrect item, an exchange of damaged item(s) will be accepted. After receiving the package, the complaint must be made within two working days (by call, message, or email). After analyzing the request, the customer care team will provide a voucher of the same value that is good for the online shop ONLY and can be used to purchase the item(s) in the future.

The processing of claims and damage must be given one week.
